Nominees DME Award 2010

On October the 12th, the DME Award 2010 Jury Members gathered in Lisbon at the Centro Português de Design – organizer of this year’s award - to judge the entries for the 4th edition of the Design Management Europe Award. The internationally renowned members of the DME Award 2010 Jury were Anna Calvera (ES), Beata Bochińska (PL), Bruce Wood (UK), Celine Abecassis-Moedas (PT) and José Rui Marcelino (PT).

Within the six categories:

* ‘Best management of design in a large company’
* ‘Best management of design in a medium company’
* ‘Best management of design in a small company’
* ‘Best management of design in a micro category’
* ‘Best management of design in a public or non-profit organization’
* ‘Best management of a first time design project’


The organizations shortlisted by the DME Award 2010 jury reflect innovative and effective design management strategies in Europe, in which design plays a key role in their business strategies. They represent a variety of sectors and demonstrate how strategically managed design can help in differentiating a brand and developing successful products and services.

The winners will be announced at the DME Award Ceremony in Lisbon on the 10th of December 2010 in MUDE, the Design and Fashion Museum of Lisbon.
