'Facing New Challenges Through Design'
5th edition of the BCN Design Week

The BCN Design Week 2010 opens its doors from 18 to October 22 under the slogan "Facing New Challenges Through Design”. This event is positioned as one of the leading meetings for promoting and debating on design and innovation at international level.

Businesses from diverse productive or services sectors, professionals and experts from the world of design and innovation will gather in a platform for exchanging experiences, to debate and network about several topics such as Co-creation & Co-design, Design Management , Social Innovation and Mobile Design, among others (see activities).

Thanks to the participation of renowned speakers such as Steve Rogers (Google), Paul Jeremiah (HP), Ted London (William Davidson Institute), Victor Grau (MIT), Ezio Manzini (Politecnico di Milano) or Liz Sanders (Make Tools), the attendees will have the opportunity to know first hand initiatives, projects, experiences and the latest trends that can help to explore new business opportunities within the current global scenario.

The activities will be held at CaixaForum, at MACBA and the Casa Llotja de Mar.

Registration process will remain open from September to October 15.
